Working in hospitality and tourism requires great customer service skills. This program was developed by OTEC and gives you a hands-on approach to learning how to deliver good customer service including:
DAY 1
- Essentials of Service Excellence (Full-day)
Learn some of the basic tools to go beyond
customer service and create exceptional service
experiences for customers.
DAY 2
- Stress Management (Half-day)
Explore the impact of stress on our bodies, minds,
and spirits, and resiliency strategies to
manage its effects in the workplace. - Emotional Intelligence (Half-day)
Learn how to harness your EQ to reduce stress,
enhance communication and improve job
satisfaction.
**This program is delivered by OTEC with support of Tourism Skillsnet Ontario and funded by the Canadian and Ontario governments.
