Newcomer and settlement services
English as a Second Language classes
Help starting a small business
Help applying for EI, Ontario Works, OSAP, or ODSP
Referrals to job fairs and hiring events
Referrals to other government and community programs
Access to Domestic Abuse and Violence against Women Counselling
Who's eligible
You were recently laid off, temporarily laid off, or have written notice that your job will end.
You worked in hospitality or the broader service sector (hotels, restaurants, food service, tourism, retail, cleaning, security, call centres, customer service).
You live in Ontario and are legally eligible to work in Canada.
You’re seeking support with next steps: job search, career change, training or education, or retirement planning.
You’re willing to complete an intake and needs assessment, and an Individual Transition Plan if needed.
You’d benefit from extra supports such as financial counselling, family or mental health supports, settlement or language services, or help with EI, Ontario Works, OSAP, or ODSP.
