FAQs
Do the courses meet government standards?
Yes. Our compliance modules are designed to meet the requirements set by the Government of Ontario for Workplace Health and Safety, including key legislation such as the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA), Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS), workplace violence and harassment training, and the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA).
We ensure content stays current with legislative updates, so you can feel confident your team is receiving accurate and compliant training.
What happens if an employee doesn't pass?
Employees are given up to three attempts to successfully complete the assessment quiz, and most pass on their first try.
If someone is struggling, we don’t leave them stuck. We can provide one-on-one support with a facilitator to review key concepts, answer questions, and help them build confidence before trying again. The goal is not just to pass, but to actually understand the material.
Can these modules be used for annual recertification?
Yes. Our modules can be repurchased and reassigned annually to support ongoing compliance with government requirements.
Regular recertification isn’t just about checking a box. It helps:
- Reinforce critical safety knowledge so it stays top of mind
- Keep employees up to date on any legislative or policy changes
- Reduce workplace risk by preventing complacency
- Demonstrate due diligence as an employer
Annual training also creates a consistent standard across your team, which is especially valuable as roles change and new employees join.
