Most hospitality employers have an anti-harassment policy on the wall. Workers can quote it back word for word. Workers also know which managers they can report to and which they cannot.
The gap between policy and practice is the work of safer-spaces training. Not as compliance. As specifics: how a manager responds the first time someone reports an incident. How a shift lead intervenes when a guest crosses a line.
HWTC’s Workplace Violence and Harassment training covers the legal frame. The harder part comes later: practicing the moves that turn a poster on the wall into a workplace people stay in.
